RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Please take note of our size guide and read all details about the garment you have chosen thoroughly before making your purchase.
  • If you are wanting to return ,exchange or refund your item then please take note of the following:

RETURNS:

  • You can only return  Anon.items bought on this site and not from any other retailer that stocks Anon.
  • Only items with the original tags and packaging will be accepted.
  • All return / exchange / refund requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the item in order for a return request to be processed.
  • Email us to request a return or exchange/refund.
  • Once you receive your return approval notification via email, you can then mail your package to:

  • Items must be mailed within 48 hours of receiving your return notification email.
  • You will receive  an email notification once your return has been received and processed.

REFUNDS:

  • Please let us know in your email why you would like to have the item refunded (poor fit etc)
  • On receipt of your return in good order we will process your refund via our payment gateway Payfast. Please allow 5 – 10 working days for the refund to process (this is the amount of time they stipulate but it usually takes quicker)
  • Please note the refunded amount will only be for the cost of the item and not the shipping.

EXCHANGES:

  • If you would like to exchange your item for another colour/size/item of the same value then let us know and we will complete the exchange as much as we are able. If we do not have the replacement size/colour then you may exchange for an item of the same value .
  • Once we receive your returned item then we will send out your exchange.
  • The cost of shipping  is your expense
  • All sale merchandise is considered FINAL SALE and there for is un returnable.
